The Whitaker Leather Fillet Knife Sheath is handmade in the USA using premium locally sourced leather from a Tannery in Tennessee.
Regular - fillet knives with blades up to 6 inches long
Large - Chef knives with blades up to 8 inches long
Ex-Large - Chef knives with blades up to 11 inches long
This leather knife cover is designed for a rustic look similar to sheaths used in the American Wild West as well as by mountain men and even Wagon Train Cooks!
Each sheath is Handmade using leather from our local Tennessee leather Tannery. We hand cut, hand punch, and sew each sheath on our vintage stitcher. Our custom brown dye offers a vintage rustic look!
