Refund policy

We work really hard to build and describe, our products to the best of our ability. We use quality craftsman - often family members who are artists - who produce one-of-a-kind products. We know that in this throwaway world that this is not a popular ideal. Our goal is that we only offer items that will last for a long, long time. But we know sometimes there are problems. Items are refunded at the sold price upon approval of the return. Sale items are refunded at the sale price. Shipping fees are not included in refunds.

LEATHER GOODS and GIFTS

All leather guitar straps, camera straps, bags, belts, wallets, shooting supplies, etc made by us come with a one-year warranty - which covers any and all manufacturing defects or bad components.

If in the event you have self-inflected damage, and general wear and tear is required, we can also refurbish your item for a fee that ranges from $20-$500 (depending on the item and work involved)

And if for some reason you don’t like the leather item within the first sixty days, just return it for an exchange or refund. Restocking fees of $15 - $50 apply.

THIRD PARTY ITEMS

All third-party items not produced by E.H. Campbell (Third Party Items are Clearly Marked in the descriptions) are handled by the third party provider.

AUTHORIZED DEALER SALES
Any returns or refunds of third-party items sold in a store or by an authorized dealer are handled by the store or authorized dealer.

ABUSED ITEMS
We're always open to helping our customers and will work with them in any way to resolve an issue with an item. Our goal is to build relationships and make friends, as well as loyal customers. We will do what we can to make things right. If you contact us, either by email or phone, rest assured you’ll be communicating with knowledgeable flesh and blood, not idiots or robots. Our customer service team has one desire - for you to be satisfied. Period.

That being said - we have professional craftsmen who have been working in their various trades for years. And, if they say an item was damaged due to abuse or even normal wear over years, then we have to believe them. So, don't throw your E.H. Campbell item into a wood chipper and then send it back asking for a refund.
